- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My boyfriend purchased an expensive pandora ring from this establishment and the original ring was missing a jewel and I needed a different size. We came to get another ring. Bad customer service. We got a ring my size and a few days later a jewel was missing once more. But this time I also noticed it was turning my finger GREEN! Now this ring is supposed to be a sterling silver ring. Obviously it is not if my ring finger now resembles the incredible hulk. Of course we went to get our money back and to just return the ring because we, by this point, were fed up. The said they could not return our money because they did not have the money right then. And once again, horrid customer service. Needless to say I have told all of my family and friends this story and this establishment has lost many many customers over his incident. Good day.
